Said: Your local Convention and Visitors Bureau should have someone who can assist. Also, the larger chain hotels usually has a meetings person who may be willing to help with training. Dale Carnegie may also be an option.

Hospitality Training
I'm trying to find some training on hospitality for our floor staff, does anyone have any recommendations? I have a lot of shy/quiet staff members and I'm trying to figure out some ways to get them to open up and talk to our guests more. I'm looking for training, articles, books, etc.
