Durable Flashlights for Kids
For some time now, I have been on a quest to find more durable flashlights suitable for our cave exhibit, with moderate but incomplete success. To use the words of one of our guest experience team members, the current flashlights produce less "flashlight shrapnel" than the old ones. Water Exhibits Questions
Hey all.
We just recently opened our location. Our Lower Level is a water gallery, and we are struggling with our flooring. Somehow, somewhere in the building process, an epoxy was put on, and it's very slick and has very little slope. The solution, currently, is to have staff dedicated to squeegee-ing the water into drains. Obviously, this is a nightmare not only for my staff but for visitors who are constantly being squee-gee'd around. I'd like input on how other museums handle thei...
