Hi All,
I know there's been some conversation on these boards about AI use - for marketing tools most recently - and I'm getting curious about what institutional or governmental policies covering AI tech in museums exist, have folks started writing them up on their own, what's your practice?

Membership Rewards/Loyalty Program

We're in the early stages of building out a membership loyalty/rewards program through MembershipAnywhere (we already use them for digital cards and are hoping to add the rewards program this Fall).
