Full Time Floor Staff-ACM Proposal
Hello good folks!
Just wondering if anyone on the forum has or knows of another museum who has established a full-time staffing model for floor staff. Last minute, I know, but as Thinkery rounds the corner into our first year of our full-time model, we'd love to propose a session at ACM about the successes and challenges of this particular endeavor. Please let me know if you or someone you know might want to participate!
