Hi all,
I'm working on some upcoming trainings for public-facing education staff (and some visitor services staff) on how to handle difficult situations with visitors. Some requested topics include the best ways to handle microaggressions from a visitor, ways to address inappropriate parent behavior, racist or homophobic comments from visitors, answering kids' questions about gender, etc. My colleagues and I could lead such a session, but these are sensitive topics and may be be...
