Not Quite Child Abuse?
Hi all,
The other day I had a front of house staff member tell me that while working with an adult at the gift shop cash register they witnessed they adult hit their child on the head and essentially tell them to stop goofing off. The staff member said it wasn't a hard enough hit to cause the child to cry out in pain but it was enough that the staff member wanted to ask me if we had a specific policy about adults hitting children.
