Automated Visitor Check In -- Looking for Lessons Learned
I would love to hear from any children's museums who are using an automated self check-in system -- kiosks, scanners, tablets, etc. At Minnesota Children's Museum, we're looking at automation and would like to hear about the experiences of other museums that may already be doing this. Thanks!
