Membership Retention/ Renewal Rates
Hi there!
I am calculating our membership retention rates and am bit hazy on this, especially the historical retention rates. I'd love to hear any tips on how others calculate this, and what some average rates are for Children's museums around the country (I know they can trend lower, since families age out of children's museums more quickly than art museums for example).
