Municipal/City Funding
Hello - I am wondering how many children's museum's receive funding from their local city/municipal and/or county government? Is it core operational funding or special program funding? Our municipal funding has reduced significantly over the years and I am curious how other children's museum's are funded via their local governments.

Employee Turnover
Hi, everyone!
I am curious to know what your all's turnover rate looks like within your museum spaces. We are a smaller museum with primarily part-time floor staff, with full-timers being management-level staff. Our turnover rate amongst full-time staff is significantly lower than our part-time staff. Our turnover rate among part-time staff is over 100%. I'm newer to the position and am looking to decrease that number, but am unsure if this is a common trend among other museums or...
