sample MOU
Hello everyone! We have a donor who would like to sponsor a particular activity in our space and is asking for an MOU. As sponsor they will be providing all of the consumables for a particular exhibit for 3 years. I have a lot of experience working with donors but not sponsors. Does anyone have examples of simple MOUs that they would be willing to share? I'm not exactly sure what is typically covered and an example would be hugely helpful. Thank you!!
